Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled by Madness, trading as Flow (“Flow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you place an order through our website.

1. Refund eligibility

Refunds are only available for items that are returned in accordance with our Return Policy. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds for opened or used products, including products with broken seals.

2. Return window

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

3. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactflow@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong or defective item).
