Return period

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in its original packaging
  • in a condition suitable for resale

Hygiene & safety notice

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, including products where the seal has been broken.

How to request a return

To start a return, email us at:

Please include:

  • order number
  • name used on the order
  • reason for return (optional)

We’ll send you the return instructions.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the costs

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at:

Include clear photos of:

  • the product
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

We will offer a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you want a different product, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • opened or used hair products
  • products with broken seals
  • items damaged due to improper use
