Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

🇳🇱 Netherlands: Order before 22:00 → delivered the next business day.

🇧🇪 Belgium: delivery within 1–2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium to ensure the fastest delivery and best service.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
You can also use our Track with DHL or Track with PostNL page.

My tracking hasn’t updated yet, what should I do?

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If it still hasn’t updated after 48 hours, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order within 14 days after delivery.

Can I return opened or used products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, including items with broken seals.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and inspecting your return, we process refunds within 5–10 business days.

My product arrived damaged or incorrect

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • the product
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

What is Flow?

Flow is a premium hair styling collection designed to enhance natural texture, define waves and create volume, without heavy buildup.

How do I use Flow products?

Apply a small amount to dry or towel-dried hair, work it through with your hands and style as desired. Less is more.

Is Flow suitable for daily use?

Yes. Our products are made for daily styling. If you have a sensitive scalp, we recommend patch testing first.

Will Flow work on my hair type?

Flow works best on:

  • wavy hair
  • straight hair needing texture
  • thicker hair needing hold
    If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll recommend the best routine.

We accept major payment methods including iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card and more (depending on your location).

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Contact us as soon as possible.
