Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This digital withdrawal form is provided in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). From 19 June 2026, online stores selling to EU consumers must also offer an easily accessible electronic withdrawal option.
