These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of the website operated by Madness, trading as Flow (“Flow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

Flow currently sells and ships within the Netherlands and Belgium.

1. General information

2. Eligibility

To place an order on our website, you must be at least 16 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and information

We do our best to display product descriptions, images, and information as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, and results may appear different depending on screen settings and individual hair type. Product results may vary per person.

We reserve the right to change product information, pricing, availability, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs once the order has been processed and shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, misuse, incorrect pricing, or stock availability issues. If payment has already been processed, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices on our website are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We accept available payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Flow does not store full payment details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Flow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Flow cannot be held responsible for lost packages, delivery delays, or additional shipping costs.

7. Right of withdrawal (returns)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer laws in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, including products where the seal has been broken.

8. Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and can take 5–10 business days.

Flow reserves the right to refuse refunds if returned products do not meet the return conditions described in these Terms and our Return Policy.

9. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an incorrect item or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to assess the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

10. Liability

Flow is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

Flow products are intended for external use only. Flow is not liable for allergic reactions, irritation, or misuse of products. If you have sensitive skin or scalp conditions, we recommend patch testing before use. Always follow product instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, text, images, designs, product names, and graphics, is owned by Flow (Madness) or licensed to Flow and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

12. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, including expiry dates and limitations. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers and are not valid on previous purchases.

Flow reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
