At the moment, Flow ships exclusively to the Netherlands and Belgium.

We do this to guarantee the fastest delivery times and best customer experience. Once our next restock arrives, we plan to expand shipping across Europe

Shipping destinations

At the moment, Flow ships only to:

  • The Netherlands
  • Belgium

We currently focus on NL & BE to ensure the fastest delivery times and best customer experience.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands

  • 1 business day (in most cases)
  • Order before 22:00 → ships the next day

Belgium

  • 1–2 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If you offer free shipping, you can add:

  • Free shipping on orders over €50

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

You can also track your shipment via our Track with DHL or PostNL page.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, Flow is not responsible for:

  • delayed delivery
  • lost shipments
  • additional shipping costs

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is delayed, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us and we will help you immediately.

Damaged deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours after delivery and include photos of:

  • the product
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label
